The objective for TDArchitect was to provide master-planning consultation, multiple model home design / construction document plans, and the design and plans for a multi-use clubhouse. The development was planned in phases beginning with townhomes and a clubhouse. Future phases were intended to address luxury single-family homes’ needs. Early design challenges included individualizing the luxury living environments while adhering to the constraints of creating a townhome community. The rolling property, mountain views, and secluded setting helped provide design opportunity to make each townhome unique though with similar structural features.
Townhomes ranged from 1500 to 2200 square feet and included a 2-car garage. Seven models were designed and optimally positioned on the main road close to the clubhouse and near the entrance to the multi-acre property reserving view lots for future, luxury single-family homes. Each townhome included outdoor space and was built with quality materials. Floor plans varied and included two and three-bedroom units with generous garage storage space. TDArchitect worked easily with Riverwood Real Estate developers and contracted builders in a collaborative effort to successfully deliver an on-time, quality residential community.
